It is not the same as a book club where you all read the same book and discuss it. In shared reading, the Group Convenor will bring in a short story and a poem (you don’t have to prepare anything!) which group members take turns to read aloud (or you can just listen). The texts/poems range from modern literature to long-established authors, which hopefully stimulate thoughts and discussion. It is very informal.

The date will be the third Wednesday of the month from 10:30 until 12:00.
