Meetings start at 10:30am with arrival from 10:00. Proceedings begin with Boston u3a administrative business followed by a guest speaker. Talks cover a range of topics and most importantly, members have the opportunity to meet and chat to their fellow members.

At various times during the year a number of visits and outings take place.
